I contacted Mr Alkhaffaf regarding a long standing acid reflux disorder I had. Mr Alkhaffaf was very easy to speak to and clearly explained all of the options open to me. After a lot of my own research, I opted to accept the recommendation of Linx surgery at the Spire Manchester Hospital. I was looked after very well throughout the entire stay at the hospital, Mr Alkhaffaf came to see me before surgery and then again after to explain what he had done and what to expect. Recovery took around 6 months which was largely uneventful, I honestly think this was a direct result of Mr Alkhaffaf's experience and care throughout to ensure any post operative side effects would be at a minimum. Thanks to both Mr Alkhaffaf and to his secretary Kay for all their support and assistance.

From the first consultation I felt like I was being listened to and he understood immediately the best course of action to take. I was presented with options and allowed to choose my own preferred surgery option which was fully supported. The surgery itself went as well as expected and I felt I could reach out if I had any concerns post op. His practice manager was also fantastic to deal with thanks to their quick responses and on time calls.

Dr Alkhaffaf has been my knight in shining armour. Professional, helpful, knowledgeable and caring. The service i received was amazing and the after care has been second to none. I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of having bariatric surgery. He has changed my life, given me back my confidence and made me feel worthy again. Thank you just doesnt cut it.
